In the natural setting of the Château de Léognan, "Le Manège" was born, a restaurant in the heart of the land, faithful to its equestrian past, respectful of the surrounding nature, and in keeping with the tradition of welcoming and sharing in the South West. The menu is prepared by Chef Flora Mikula, whose generous, sparkling and inventive cuisine is rooted in the values of the land we wish to celebrate.
