Château Haut-Bailly

Château Haut-Bailly

From the vineyard and the vats to the barrel storehouses, a visit to the property is an invitation to discover the terroir of the Graves and the winemaking secrets of Haut-Bailly Grand Cru dedicated to red grape varieties since its foundation in 1630. The shop welcomes visitors for a warm moment before or after a visit. It offers a selection of books and articles related to the world of wine, gastronomy and the French art of living. La Table Privée de Haut-Bailly offers seasonal menus prepared by its Chef Jean-Charles Poinsot. Between wine tasting and haute gastronomy, share the secrets of a grand cru and the sweetness of a fine table.
